In accordance with Section 3.58 (3) and (4) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah advertises the proposal to lease a 66 sq. metre portion of Reserve 9633 being an alfresco dining area, to Jetty Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as Cicerellos Restaurant for a term of five years with a further three-year and four-month term option (5+3 years and 4 months), annual rent commencing at $5,280 per annum (exclusive of GST and outgoings), as determined by an independent current market valuation. Market rent review due at the end of the first term CPI rate to be applied annually.
