At its heart, the festival celebrates Mandurah’s most iconic local delicacy — the blue manna crab — with a jam-packed program that offers something for everyone. This award-winning event regularly draws crowds of more than 100,000 people, all eager to experience the buzzing atmosphere, pop-up food stalls, fireworks, workshops, roving performers, and entertainment across the entire event footprint.
Highlights of the 2026 event will include a Main Stage with headline acts, free family entertainment, hands-on workshops and interactive displays, a dedicated Kids’ Zone with its own Children’s Stage, and themed zones offering a variety of activities and attractions.
For food lovers, Crab Fest is a dream destination. From quirky food vans to gourmet pop-ups and much-loved local businesses, visitors will find a mouthwatering selection of dishes — each vendor offering their own signature Crab Fest creation. And for those who prefer something other than seafood, there’ll be no shortage of delicious alternatives, including vegetarian options, sweet treats and savoury favourites to suit every palate.
