About the Event

Our popular outdoor fitness classes are starting up again in February.

Join us each Thursday morning at Keith Holmes Reserve for fun and active fitness classes suitable for all ages and abilities.  

Exercising in the outdoors has benefits for both physical and mental health.  It can help to improve mood, reduce stress and boosts energy levels.

So come down, connect with nature and enjoy Mandurah's stunning scenery whilst fitting in your morning workout.

For those who want to stretch and centre themselves, join our Tuesday evening guided Yoga sessions.
