About the Event
Our popular outdoor fitness classes are returning this February and running until April. Join us at Keith Holmes Reserve for fun and active fitness classes suitable for all ages and abilities.
Exercising outdoors has been shown to improve physical health by building strength, endurance, and flexibility. It also boosts mental health, with research from health organisations in Australia showing that group fitness can reduce stress, improve mood, and increase motivation.
So come down, connect with nature and enjoy Mandurah's stunning scenery whilst fitting in your morning workout.
For those who want to stretch and centre themselves, you can also join our Tuesday evening guided Yoga sessions.
