We believe that learning to swim and survive in an aquatic environment is an important life skill for every person.

We offer a variety of swimming lessons from the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre - from 6 months to adults, we have options to suit everyone.

Assessments

Free assessments are available if you are unsure of the best level to suit your child. Should you book online straight into a class, the teacher or deck supervisor will be able to assess your child in the class and let you know if they are in the correct level and can recommend an alternative if required.

Assessments are the best way to determine the appropriate level to start at. They are free and take about 15 minutes to complete. Throughout the assessment, your child will be asked to demonstrate their swimming skills in front of a teacher to determine the correct level to enrol into.

Once the assessment is complete, the on-deck supervisor and customer service officers will be able to assist you with finalising your enrolment.
