Age is just a number, and our gym instructors are here to prove it! We offer programs tailored for individuals over 50, referred by their doctors.
We're here to build strength, enhance functional ability, and boost your quality of life. You might even be able to claim your sessions from your health insurance. 
Here's your roadmap to success:

  • Download the referral form
  • Fill it out and get your GP's approval
  • Call our centre on 95550 3600 to schedule your appraisal appointment with a fitness expert
  • Pay for the appraisal on the appointment day
  • During your appraisal, we'll map out your goals and create a personalised exercise plan, and you're invited to your first session
  • Top it off with a complimentary coffee or tea after each session

Kids and Teens Fitness:

Our Wednesday PowerFit classes offer a group-based circuit-style workout for:

  • Juniors (ages 8-12) at 3.30 pm
  • Students (ages 11-16) at 4.15 pm
  • A casual visit is just $10.70
